Terms & Conditions

​1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern all plumbing services provided by Positively Plumbing to the client. By booking our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Scope of Work
We will provide plumbing services as described in your written estimate, work order, or contract. Any additional work requested will require a revised estimate and may incur additional charges.

​

3. Estimates & Pricing

  • Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

  • Prices may change if unforeseen issues arise during the job (e.g., hidden leaks, damaged pipes).

  • All pricing is before applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Payment Terms

  • A deposit of 15% may be required before work begins.

  • Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Late payments may incur a 5% monthly interest charge.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made after this period may result in a call-out or cancellation fee.

  • Emergency callouts are non-refundable once work has started.

6. Warranty & Liability

  • We provide a 1-year workmanship warranty from the date of service.

  • Warranty is void if repairs are altered by another party or not maintained properly.

  • We are not liable for pre-existing issues, consequential damages, or delays caused by factors outside our control.

7. Access to Property
You must provide safe and reasonable access to the work area, including water shut-off points and power supply. We are not responsible for delays due to blocked or unsafe access.

8. Materials & Parts

  • Materials remain our property until payment is received in full.

  • We may use equivalent or superior parts if the specified items are unavailable.

​

9. Health & Safety
We comply with all relevant safety regulations. You are responsible for maintaining a safe environment during our work.

10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of City of service and State.

11. Acceptance
By booking our services, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
