Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days of completion. We will review your concern and, if the issue is due to our workmanship, we will offer a free repair or a partial/full refund at our discretion. Refunds do not apply to diagnostic fees, emergency call-out charges, or services performed according to the agreed scope of work.
